Accepted returns will be refunded in form of a store gift card.
Canvases that have been stitched or damaged cannot be returned.
Fibers that have been cut or opened are not eligible for return.
Fibers considered to be in good, returnable condition, must match the shop dye lot to be accepted for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
